Regarding Colorization models

Hi folks,

Wanted to know if there is any plan to add Colorization models to the library. I would love to contribute to that. I did experiment with them in the past month with a collaborator and we have good results. But we could not make our workflow perform equally well for TPU-based training. So, we think we could make use of some guidance and ultimately bring our efforts to Magenta.

Thoughts?
