How do i Pre Process/Vectorize a MIDI file(Polyphonic(multiple instruments)) without loosing any information(e.g:offset,tracks etc), for feeding into a Neural Net and again reconstruct MIDI file from the PreProcessed data?

I am working with Beta VAE.I have tried with Music21,MidiCsv and with some python midi packages but i can't figure out the end to end process of vectorizing then feeding into NN then again reconstruct it from vectorized output.
