Melody Rnn/improv rnn doesn't generate the first note

I use melody rnn and improv rnn with 4bar loops, but it only works properly if there are no notes in the last two 16th steps of the 4bar loop. If the notes are present until the end of the 4bar loop, in the output the first note fails to be generated, the further part of the output also seems to be more chaotic.

For test I tried to generate 64 steps with melody rnn (on 4 bar loop) and i got en error saying that the priming sequence is longer than the number of steps (8.125, when 8 requested). Itstarts working from 67 steps.

Does anyone have any idea what might be happening here?
