Hi SIG JVM Team,

My name is Shreyansh Shekhar Dwivedi, and I am a developer currently pursuing my B.Tech at JSS Academy of Technical Education. I'm writing to introduce myself as I'm interested in contributing to TensorFlow Java for GSoC 2026.

I have been active on the repositories recently to get familiar with the codebase:

JNI Packaging Cleanup: I've submitted a PR for the legacy packaging cleanup in tensorflow/tensorflow which is currently being reviewed internally.
API Stability Docs: I just submitted a PR to the tensorflow/java repo to align the install.md and package-info.java with the 1.0.0 stability guarantees.

I am looking forward to discussing potential project ideas for this year, particularly around documentation automation or dependency modernization.
