SIG IO meeting call tomorrow (02/11 Thursday 11:00 to 12:00 Pacific Time)

Hi All,

As usual our monthly meeting call will be hold again tomorrow. In the past month we enabled bazel cache for tensorflow/io's PRs and commits which speeds up CI build significantly (on macOS builds have been reduced from 1hour20min to ~15min). Big thanks to Austin and SIG Build team!

Additionally, we are also starting to deprecated hdfs file system in tensorflow, and move hdfs to modular file system in tensorflow/io repo. Please attend if interested.
