Update on release date for Tensorflow 2.4

Hi All,

Are there any anticipated dates for Tensorflow 2.4(end of year maybe) release?

We saw the RC2 being cut, is this the last RC?

Hi.

TF 2.4 will come after Thanskgiving week, depending on results of testing of RC2 (and eventual RC3), but very likely this year.
