Is there any progress on building TensorFlow Serving with TF IO ops/filesystems?

Hi, I'm Ukjae Jeong.

I recently built TF Serving with an S3 module in TF IO like this: https://blog.ukjae.io/posts/enabling-s3-filesystem-support-for-tensorflow-serving/

And I think it must be great if TF IO provides the official build image with TF Serving.

So I want to ask if there is any progress on building TF IO with the TF Serving image. (Related Issue link: https://github.com/tensorflow/io/issues/414)
It must be a big impact on people/projects who operate ML workloads with another cloud provider (AWS, ..), or who use lots of operations in TF-IO.

And if possible, I want to contribute to this feature.
