[Announcement] tensorflow-hub v0.14 has been released

Dear Tensorflow Hub users,

We’re excited to announce the release of tensorflow-hub v0.14. It is already pre-installed on Colab and includes the following changes:

Directly load compressed https://hub.tensorflow.google.cn/* handles from GCS.
Remove make_image_classifier and make_nearest_neighbour_index.

Why was make_image_classifier removed? Searched everywhere for a comment, but didn’t find anything in the commit where it was removed, in the announcement or anywhere else.
