Missing docs mailing list

Hello.

I'm trying to discuss/ask about/improve something in the TF docs.

I followed https://github.com/tensorflow/docs/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md which points me to a "docs" mailing list.

On that page/markdown, clicking the « or the dis...@tensorflow.org mailing list. » link goes to :

https://groups.google.com/a/tensorflow.org/forum/#!forum/docs

Which then redirects automatically to :

https://groups.google.com/access-error?continue=https://groups.google.com/a/tensorflow.org/g/docs

Which gives the following:

Does that mean something is broken/in need of fixing? Or does it mean I am doing something wrong? (I just clicked on a link, so I'm not sure what I could have done wrong).

Or is maybe this list here the right place to discuss TF docs?
