Query about tensorflow.config.set_logical_device_configuration

Hi tensorflow group,

I had a query about the function tensorflow.config.set_logical_device_configuration available in python; is there a similar function available in C++ API. I need this function because I am using tensorflow to get inference from different models running in java and python concurrently. I need to bifurcate my gpu into 7 parts and handle requests from tensorflow running in java and python.
