Would like to know if TensorFlow uses log4j and any vulnerabilities on TensorFlow side?

Hi.

No, TF does not use log4j.

https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/blob/master/tensorflow/security/README.md has the security advisories for all published vulnerabilities in TF.
