Hi!

I am trying to access tensorboard on a remote server but running into issues related to the ports. I have sshed into the machine and given it access to some of my local ports. However, when I do:

python tensorflow/models/image/cifar10/cifar10_train.py --logdir=/tmp/cifar10_train --port=8888

I receive connection refused errors. I find this weird because when I open up Jupyter Notebooks on the same machine at that port. It seems to work fine. I would love any advice on this end.

Thanks!

In the command you show you aren't actually running TensorBoard (cifar10_train.py is pretty different file and doesn't have those flags). Are you sure you're turning on TensorBoard properly?
