Support for tensorflow 1.x

I would like to know if tensorflow 1.x will continue to get the feature updates/support. 

With the introduction of tensorflow 2.x and the detailed migration plan from 1.x to 2.x, it looks like Google will officially stop the support for 1.x in some time.

I would like to know till when will tensorflow 1.x be supported by Google.

In the release notes for 1.15.0 in October of last year, they said there would be no more features for on the 1.x branch and that it would be supported with security fixes for at least a year. I would assume that is still the case.

Note also that we have also launched TensorFlow Enterprise (https://cloud.google.com/tensorflow-enterprise), which has 1.15 as one of its Long Term Support releases.

As per the Tensorflow Enterprise website, Long-term support: Security patches and select bug fixes for up to three years.

This means TF 1.15 is estimated to be supported until Oct 2022.
