RuntimeError: Attempting to capture an EagerTensor without building a function in TF2.0

I am using a custom class to load datasets from a folder, wrapping this tutorial into a class but when I am trying to call the class and pass this called data tensor into a customized estimator while training I am getting this error so can someone please suggest me how to resolve this error.
