How to measure the FLOPS of tflite model?

As title, how to measure the FLOPS of tflite model?
I know tensorflow can measure the FLOPS of .pb.
In my case, I want to measure the FLOPS of deeplabv3_257_mv_gpu,tflite which is from official tflite web.
https://www.tensorflow.org/lite/models/segmentation/overview
But the output flops is 0.
