Sir,

I am Kratee Pareek I have send my draft for feedback yesterday, I am sorry for this delay. I want to contribute to the project 'tensorflow model garden and tensorflow hub'. I just want to clarify that, should the participants submit their idea for contributing github issue along with tensorflow model garden contribution or there is something else I am missing.
