Hi SIG Builders!

We're wanting now to put a regular monthly meeting in place for this group, and would love your input on when works for you. This vote is for the next meeting, with the intent that it recurs monthly thereafter. I've tried to give candidate times that would allow European participation (albeit a little late in the day).

There will always be chance to contribute to the agenda and read notes via this mailing list, but the monthly meeting will help us keep on a schedule of work.

I expect our agenda items to include the Bazel build, plus federated CI and third party builds.

* If there is significant need for an APAC-friendly call as seen in the Comments, we'll proposal an alternative solution, such as rotating around timezones.
