What are the default TF_NEED_* values while building the wheel files

Hi

What are the default TF_NEED_* values which I need to use while building the wheel file.

I like to know what were the values for the files here https://pypi.org/project/tensorflow/#files

Hi, please check https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/blob/master/configure.py#L1451

Some of the default values are different on different platforms, because certain features are not supported on that platform yet.
