Hey all,

Thanks to everyone who came to this meeting! Here's a brief recap of the discussion:

TF 2.5 branch cut scheduled for March 25th
SIG JVM is struggling with long builds on GH Actions & instability -- will check out Bazel caching and GCP Cloud Build too
AMD is working on ROCm builds that will ideally match TF's suite of tests + nonblocking PR hook
Arm is working on compute library support for TF 2.5
Apple is working on M1 support via the upcoming pluggable device API

We have a few action items that I'll be following up on throughout the week. Have a great month!
