Hello everyone,

In accordance with TensorFlow version compatibility policy, we are announcing that we plan to make a backwards incompatible change to the tf.OptionalSpec API, renaming its constructor argument from "value_structure" to "element_spec". The change is scheduled to appear in TF nightly two weeks from now and will also be present in the next TF release. Please let us know if you have any concerns about this change.
