where can I find code that was in the old contrib folder?

I'm trying to find

tensorflow/contrib/opt/python/training/ggt.py

but it seems to have disappeared in the tf-addons refactor

(and github changelog is too long for me to find the relevant branch...)

Contrib was available in TF1.x (though I think it was dropped in TF1.15):
