Per https://www.tensorflow.org/install/source#bazel_build_options,what are the official TensorFlow packages being built with for 1.15 and 2.0?
Also, can we assume the --cxxopt="-D_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI=0 is no longer necessary?

Thanks for your feedback!We should definitely update the requirements section with minimum toolchains requirement.The existing list is just to express what we tested the builds with, as the section name suggests:Moreover, none of the build environments listed are internal, and we build on top of public Ubuntu, MacOS and Windows images.
