When will TensorFlow Serving 1.14.0 tag?

When will TensorFlow Serving 1.14.0 tag? Is Serving normally released on the same schedule as TensorFlow?

Re 1.14.0: it was just released last night [1].

Re general question: indeed, the goal is to closely follow TF's release schedule.
