Update time, I am consistently working with improving relationships with students.  I greet outside the classroom, sit with them at lunch as well as allow them to eat lunch in my room.  As they share with me they like and things they do, we get to trust each other better.  I have been using examples of their interests in their homework and in out classwork.  Thanks, M
