Update

Success: Recently, our district sites have attended groups for further clarification on the importance of Tier 1 support. Like Jaime mentioned, both sites are in the process of pushing toward further planning for Tier 2. I'm excited to discuss with peers next week, and I'm hoping to attend the Tier 2 training coming up in March.

Challenges: One challenge our site team is struggling with is meeting regularly. Myself and our principal are currently working to plan regular meetings to gain traction on our implementation plan. Personally, I am also working on organizing time to meet with students and observe in classrooms.
