Here at Gerber we were able to share our Core Beliefs with our staff during a meeting:

-Adults control behavior

-Systems and Practices over goals.

-Every implementation effort needs a champion.

-Implementation happens because of a team.

-Every student should be known by name, strength, interest and need.

As a staff every teacher was encouraged to learn 2 new students by name and by their interests.
