Is there any way to show how long we've been members of the group?

I have been with this group for almost 40 years and I'd really like to keep showing that date if I can. 

Can you do anything about getting it back? I started working for Microsoft around 1987

There's no way to have the history aspect. I know that the Rays lost some information when then moved to the old server in 2004 or 2005.
