Hi Marc,

To find out solution we need to find out first of all the reason of this native crash. The provided information contains only error code and the list of loaded native modules. This information isn't enough. I suppose the error is "access violation" (c0000005). This error indicates that native library tries to access already released pointer. To resolve this issue we need to find out what pointer application tried to access. Unfortunately none of Windows error reports contain this information, so usually the only way to find out this is to reproduce this issue and debug it. So, please try to reproduce this native crash and provide us with steps to reproduce.

Sincerely,
Vladimir Ikryanov

Hi,
for testcase see my small app. BrowserTest.java.

Server:
* Windows Server 2008 Standard (SP1, 64 bit) as terminal server,
* Java 1.7.0_45 (32 bit)
* JXBrowser 3.3.74

Testcase:
* BrowserTest.java (compiled classes and java in ZIP-File)
* These Jars are required (comfyj-2.10.jar ,engine-ie.jar ,engine-webkit.jar ,jniwrap-3.8.4.jar ,jxbrowser-3.3.jar ,log4j-1.2.15.jar ,runtime.jar ,slf4j-api-1.5.8.jar,slf4j-log4j12-1.5.8.jar,winpack-3.8.3.jar )
* use the starter.cmd  (ZIP-File)

The app opens in jdialog the browser and navigate to google.com for x times. After serval iterations the JExplorer32.2.6.8.exe crashes and stopped working.

Hi Marc,

To find out the reason of this issue and fix it we need to reproduce this issue locally to debug it. Please send us steps to reproduce this issue or example that reproduces it.

Sincerely,
Vladimir Ikryanov

Hi Vladimir,
to reproduce the issue you need the Terminal Server. Locally no error is thrown. For the terminal Server see the post above (browsertest).

Hi,
i found a solution for my problem.

Some settings in the "Performance Options" generated this problem.

Adjust the Visual Settings --> Custom: use only "Smooth edges of screen fonts" and "Use visual styles on windows and buttons"
Advanced --> Adjust for best performance of: Programs
Data Execution Prevention --> Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only
