Cannot open pdf when the computer only have Acrobat Pro 11.0.20 and up and no Acrobat Reader

Hey team we start facing a issues with our clients that if they have installed Acrobat Pro 11.0.20 and up and no Reader they cannot open pdf anymore 

In the other hands if we install Acrobat Pro 11.0.17 or 11.0.18 and no Reader, it works, we are able to open pdf 

We recently migrate our client to java 8 and Confyj v 2.13
