Hi all, Tax1on1.org is pleased to share with the tax community the Taxation of Trans-Pacific Transactions course material taught by Jeff Kadet who taught this course at University of Washington School of Law. We thank Jeff for his kind sharing and dedication to tax education.

Jeff had 32+ years in public accounting woring primarily in the tax area, first with Touch Ross for 7 years and then with Arthur Andersen for almost 24 years. Finally for two years with the Deloitte China member firm. Of those 32+ years, 22 years were spent working outside the US in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Russia, Turkey, and China. Retired from Arthur Andersen in mid-2001 and came out of retirement for two years from 2006 - 2008 to live and work in Shanghai.
