Preview of 1.139 release now available

Dear all,

A preview of the 1.139 trust anchor release (PKI tech profile) is
now available at
https://dl.igtf.net/distribution/tests/PMA-PRIVATE-PREVIEW/releases/1.139/

It's scheduled public release is March 16, so in case there are other
updates needed (from AP or TAG) please add those or notify now. This
release also prepares the ground for the DCVOTA profile, which is
now available in the IGTF distribution. It includes the following changes:

* Update ArmeSFo CA re-issued based on SHA-2 family digest (AM)
* The IGTF DCVOTA assurance profile has been added. For details, please refer
to https://www.igtf.net/ap/dcvota/

For your information: the EGI Security Policy Group has confirmed that
the DCVOTA profile will be assigned to the 'core' set of trust acceptable
assurance profiles, alongside Classic, MICS, and SLCS. Hence any
authorities accredited and included as DCVOTA will be added by default
to all EGI sites (and hence to the infrastructures that re-use the EGI
distribution model, such as WLCG).
