Dear all,

With the summer break (or winter break, when in the Southern hemisphere)
coming, before people leave for a well-deserved break it is time to
plan for the Autumn PMA+ meeting for policy, identity, and that warm
and fuzzy feeling of trust.

So we look forward to the 65th EUGridPMA+, AARC Policy, and GN52 EnCo
joint meeting,

from Wednesday October 1 starting in the morning
till Friday October 3 closing at around mid-day

in Karlsruhe, kindly hosted by Marcus Hardt and the Scientific Computing
Centre SCC of the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie.
Thanks a lot to Marcus for arranging this!

It will be in person, at the KIT South Campus, but remote attendance
will be possible, of course.

Registration: https://eugridpma.org/meetings/2025-10/

Details and logistics for the meeting are at the registration page
as well. The detailed agenda will follow, but typically the first
day (Wednesday) will focus more on the operational trust fabric of the
IGTF, whereas Thursday and Friday emphasise the AARC and EnCo+ aspects.

Accommodation in Karlsruhe should be easy to find, we suggest you pick a place
near the Campus (see web page for location).

The draft agenda is coming online as well, and there is still room to
propose additional contributions and collaborative writing and discussion
sessions.
If you cannot make the in-person meeting, there will still also be the option
for remove participation via zoom at <https://eugridpma.org/z/65>

For the NEW agenda, you can now propose topics and discussion items to be added!
The agenda has plenty of room for some additional topics (and please review your
status on the PMA web pages), and additional topics.
The meeting agenda will also have ample slots for AARC policy and community
work, GN5-2 Enabling Communities and EOSC ISM, and the other activities
supported through AARC and WISE.

Some of you are also due for a self-audit. Do be prepared to attend in
person, based on the membership status information at
https://www.eugridpma.org/members/internal/display

I hope to see very many of you in person again in Karlsruhe! And meanwhile
enjoy leave and breaks such as you may have.

Kind regards,
DavidG.
