Mapping File file-loader-map-connectathon-v3-preconectathon.xml Missing In 3.0.3 Distribution

Just got up an and running and wanted to walk through the PIX/PDQ testing but am unable to import the pixpdq_connectathon_patients.csv file as the file-loader-map-connectathon-v3-preconectathon.xml does not exist. I looked at the contents of the file and it must be newer than the format referred to in the below post. Can this be uploaded to the resources area?
