Post the contents of the openempi.log file and especially any exceptions that may show up. It sounds like an installation issue.

You should also send the contents of the file /sysnet/openempi/openempi-3.4.0c/logs/catalina.out

Hello.

I am installing openmpi 3.4c with tomcat 8 in windows 10 environment according to these instructions: http://www.openempi.org/confluence/display/openempi30/Installation+of+a+Software+Release

I copied the .war to the TOMCAT server and when accessing the application manager the TOMCAT got the applications started

/ openempi-admin
/openempi-entity-webapp-web-3.4.0c

When calling localhost: 8080 the login page is loaded, and i inform user: admin and passw: admin.

No error is generated but I can not access the openempi admin panel with the credentials informed. Nothing happens.

Any help please?

The catalina.out log file shows that the Tomcat server is not able to start properly because another process is using the same port. It may be another instance of Tomcat running on the server that was already running.

Also, the OpenEMPI startup script starts an instance of the H2 database in place of Postgres. Make sure that that started properly.
