Not able to Login due JDBC connection exception

HI,

I have deployed openempi-entity-webapp-web-3.5.0c.war on Tomcat 9.  On login,I am getting errors as attached in the log files. I also tried access API endpoint to obtain security token but getting 500 response due to below error:
