Ferma 2.0.4 released

Ferma version  2.0.4 released.

There is only one new feature in this release. We reinstated various methods which create nodes and edges to take Class arguments. This is in addition to the current variants that take ClassInitializer arguments. They are there mostly for easier compatibility with TinkerPop Frames and are generally useful as convenience methods.

A few minor fixes to the javadocs were done as well.
