Help, Taaras app has crashed. Unfortunately, Taaras has stopped. What do I do if the app crashes?

Some reasons why the App could crash with the above shown error and their solutions:

1. Not enough Free Memory in the Phone: Lots of other applications are running which results in low Memory space. Please kill some applications and re-login to Taaras. How to kill Android Applications.

2. Not enough storage space:  Uninstall unwanted applications and free up space on the phone. Restart the Taaras application to test.

3. If above solutions do not work, please report the issue as per the Support Escalation Matrix shown on the frontpage of this forum.
