Can a Member be archived?

Yes, CO Manager or HDF can now Archive and Unarchive a Member on the Platform. Here is how you do it.

Preparation

Make sure that the affected FWs (whose Members you are about to archive) do one Push Data successfully before you start the Archiving process

How to Archive a Member

1. Login with CO Manager or HDF Username on the Platform
   
2. Go to Members page by clicking on Members under Field Work section 
   
3. Click on the Archive Icon in the Action column next to the Edit icon on the Member line
   
4. Confirm that you want to Archive the Member
   
5. After archiving, the Member line will be shown in Red
   
6. FWs must do a Push and Get data operation to remove the affected Member from their Mobile app

How to Unarchive a Member

1. Login with CO Manager or HDF Username on the Platform
   
2. Go to Members page by clicking on Members under Field Work section 
   
3. Click on the Unarchive Icon in the Action column on the Member line
   
4. Confirm that you want to Archive the Member
   
5. After archiving, the Member line will be shown in Black
   
6. FWs must do a Push and Get data operation to bring back the affected Member into their Mobile app
