Precautions to take before re-assigning Sites:
  1. All ToDos related to Members of previous Site will still be in the ToDo list of the FWs even after re-assignment of new Sites/Members. ToDos are associated with the FW and NOT the Member. FWs must close these ToDos one by one if they would no longer like to work on them. They can do it pre or post re-assignment.
  2. Ask all affected FWs, who are currently assigned to Sites which are going to be re-assigned, to push data at least once successfully. They must then logout of the mobile app.
  3. All these FWs must not do any operations on their phone while the re-assignment is happening
  4. After the reassignment is completed by Manager on Platform, notify FWs to Clear Data, Login and do Get Data once. They should now see the fresh Member list.
Here are the steps to re-assign a Site to another FW by CO Manager or HDF. Assume you are reassigning Site1 from FW1 to FW2.

1. CO Manager logs in and clicks on 'Assign Field Worker to Site' menu item. Find the 'Site1' from the list which is assigned to 'FW1'. Delete this rule by clicking on the 'Trash Can' icon next to this rule. By doing this, you are making 'Site1' available for re-assignment.

2. Click on 'Add New' button. In the following page, you will see a Field Workers dropdown, 'Assigned Site' box which has set of currently assigned sites, and an 'Available Site' box which has sites of this CO which are not assigned to any FW.

3. Since you are assigning 'Site1' to 'FW2', select FW2 from the 'Field Worker' dropdown. 'Site1' must show up in the 'Available Site' box. Select the 'checkbox' next to the the 'Site1'. Click on 'Create' to assign 'Site1' to 'FW2'.

4. In the 'Assign Field Worker to Site' page you should now see the new rule you just defined.
