Bless Fathers!

Dear Fellow Sunday School Directors,

It is with great pleasure that we announce the first hybrid Sunday School event on Space technology, Space programs, Science and Faith!

Two Saint George Scientists, Colonel Kalliroi Landry, US Air Force and John Van Eepeol, Aerospace Technologist with NASA, will present

 The Light Above.

During this presentation the speakers will offer their insight on space technology and space programs from NASA and the newly established Space Force agency, as well as talk about Science and Faith. An open forum will be provided for students to ask questions and concerns, and interact with our speakers.

We are very excited for this amazing opportunity to meet and discuss with two of our nation’s Space Heroes.

We would like to invite all Orthodox Youth of the DMV area to attend along with the St George Youth and use this as an opportunity to connect and interact in this beautiful forum.

In-person attendance capacity is limited but for the virtual platform the sky is the limit!

Please let your students know they may use the link below to register for the event either for in-person or virtual attendance.

We look forward to seeing you all on Friday February 5th at 7 pm at the Chapel, St George Greek Orthodox Church in Bethesda, or from your screens.

In Chrtist’s service,

Fotini Pazartzis

Sunday School Director

St George Greek Orthodox Church, Bethesda
