1lb 4oz - Golden Promise (2.4l) - Simpsons
6 oz - Carastan Malt (35l) - Bairds
12 oz - Corn Sugar (during boil)

Hops: 
1.5 oz Centennial 7.4 @60
.75 oz Citra 11.7 @30
1 oz Centennial 7.4 @5
1 oz Citra 11.7 @5

2 oz Citra 11.7 - whirlpool @170 for 25m
1.5 oz Ella 15.3 - whirlpool @170 for 25m

1 oz Ella 15.3 on day 3 (drop out on day 7)
1 oz Citra - Lupomax 18.5 on day 3 (drop out on day 7)
2 oz Ella 15.3 on day 7 (drop out on day 10)

Mash 150 for 60m
Mash-out 167 for 15

Water Profile: 
Ca 69  Mg 14 Na 33 Cl 51 SO 184 HCO 46
*added 5ml of lactic acid to bring mash ph to 5.27

Yeast:
