1.5 gallons Trader Joe’s 100% Honey Crisp Apple Cider (unfiltered)

.75 gallons Trader Joe’s 100% red tart cherry juice

1 pound brown sugar

1 pkg Nottingham Ale Yeast, rehydrated

Pitch temp: 70

Ferm Temp: 64

Original Gravity: 1.065

Final Gravity: 1.009

ABV: 7.5%
