Hey Mikael, here's the recipe for the IPA I brought in yesterday.

Grain bill
8# 2 row 2# white wheat 2# flaked oats 1# golden naked oats 1.33# lactose @157deg 1hr
Hop schedule
2.7oz el dorado whirlpool 1.2oz el dorado dryhop @1.030 (2 days after start of fermentation) 4.6oz el dorado 2oz simcoe 2.3oz amarillo dry hop @FG (6 days after start of fermentation)
Yeast
GY054 vermont IPA  
Ferment @ 68deg

Water Profile
Ca: 35ppm Mg: 8ppm SO4: 51ppm Na: 39ppm Cl: 108ppm HCO3: 0ppm  

With 8 gal total water, the mineral additions were
1g gypsum, 3g calcium chloride, 2.5g epsom salt, 3g table salt  

OG: 1.064
FG: 1.016

Let me know if there's any more info needed, I wish I had the brands and alpha acid of the hops, but I usually don't go that much into detail.
