A general update (or leaderboard) will be available for everyone to see. Team specific updates will be available only for the person who registered on behalf of the team.

I have registered on 16Apr ,after the due date as form was accepting forms I filled it. how did you get team ids ?how I can know my registration status ?

What if the other team member wants to make a submission when I am not available? He is not able to see the dashboard from his email id.

As your Email ID is linked with your dashboard so only you can do that.
