Failed Submissions on Dashboard, working fine on Docker

I am making predictions since 14th April, but till 16th April the number of seconds needed for execution was greater than 20 seconds. But on 17th April the code was executed correctly in less than 20 seconds and prediction was made, but in dashboard it is displayed as " No columns to parse from file".  I have enclosed all the screenshots.

I am very sure the model is returning predictions. Please look into this as early as possible.
