Dear Sir/Madam,

I trust this message finds you in a state of preparedness, as I write to address a matter that has left me profoundly disheartened and infuriated. My communication is in regard to the blatant failure to deliver the prize that I rightfully earned in the IIT Madras BS in Data Science and Applications and NPTEL-presented Cricket Hackathon 2023.

Throughout the course of the competition, I consistently and rigorously maintained my position at the top of the daily leaderboard, adhering meticulously to the stipulated rules and regulations. It is an indisputable fact that my accomplishments were deserving of the IITM degree t-shirt, which the competition guidelines promised. Accordingly, I promptly supplied all the requisite personal information through the winners' form, fully expecting it to facilitate the shipment of the t-shirt.

Being a devoted student working towards a BS degree, I had initially embraced this challenge after receiving an official email invitation from IITM. However, my attempts to communicate with the dedicated forum established for this competition, which has regrettably failed to respond to my inquiries, along with those of other aggrieved participants, have compelled me to seek a resolution through this more direct means.

I comprehend the potential complexities of logistics when dealing with a significant number of winners. Nevertheless, it has been a considerable six months since the contest's conclusion—a period that, in my estimation, ought to be more than sufficient to surmount any logistical issues. Having invested nearly six weeks of my life in this contest and have shared my personal information in good faith, I am now of the unyielding belief that I am owed the prize I have rightfully earned.

I, therefore, kindly demand that you expediently furnish me with the tracking ID for the delivery of my prize. In the event that the prize has not yet been dispatched, I am compelled to urge IITM and NPTEL, as the prominent sponsors and promoters of this event, to fulfill their fiduciary duty by providing me with a candid and detailed account of the delay, as well as a clearly stipulated and concrete expected date for the shipment.

The matter at hand is of great importance and I anticipate a resolution with the utmost urgency. I trust that immediate attention will be given to this issue, as the delay has reached an intolerable limit.

Yours vehemently,

Sidhaarth Shree
