Eligibility and Claim Process for IITM BS Degree T-Shirt - Intuition Contest

On the contest page, it was mentioned that the top 10 winners of the Intuition Contest who make it to the "Leaderboard of the day" will receive IITM BS Degree T-Shirts. I ranked 5th and 8th in the two matches held on April 22nd. Can you please confirm if I am eligible to receive the IITM BS Degree T-Shirt and if yes, can you please guide me on how to claim it?
