Dear Colleagues,

The 2nd International Conference on Sustainability, Innovation, and Society (ICSIS 2026, https://intelligent-systems.net/icsis2026/index.php) invites researchers, practitioners, students, policymakers, and industry leaders to propose high-impact workshops that create a focused venue for cutting-edge discussion, collaboration, and community-building across the conference themes of Sustainability, Innovation, and Society. Workshops may include paper sessions, breakout discussions, and demos, and can be organized as half-day or full-day events (please indicate your preferred format and expected audience size).

Suggested themes

We welcome workshop proposals aligned with (and bridging) the three main tracks:

  • Sustainability (e.g., sustainable technology/AI, health, education, energy, environment, agriculture, business, policy)

  • Innovation (e.g., digital transformation, GenAI/agents/copilots, living labs, entrepreneurship, innovation policy and scaling)

  • Society (e.g., human-centered AI, governance/law/policy, ethics/equity, smart cities/civic tech, misinformation, future of work, culture/heritage)

Evaluation criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on: (1) potential to generate new results/collaborations, (2) interactive format and community interest, and (3) timeliness and research significance.

Proposal requirements (single PDF)
