pipeline retry calling stop event

Hi All,

I am using streamsets 3.18, I have added stop event in my pipeline. Everytime my pipeline looses connection, it calls retry and the stop event is executed, thereby causing multiple pipelines running at the same time which is not my use case.

Please provide a possible solution.
