Add buttons - new Google Sites (and other updates...)

Last week we saw Google release the ability to add buttons to new Google Sites and some other updates:

Add Buttons

From the insert panel you can now the buttons option to make your links stand out and give action items.  For full instructions and a demo video see Add Buttons - new Google Sites.

Other updates

• Site search results - if you use a custom URL, a mapped web address from your domain, the site search results now give the domain URL rather than the sites.google.com URL if you search from the custom domain URL version of your published site.
• Better embedded forms - the Google Forms team have made improvements to embedded forms so they are now more compact in your new Google Site.
